Skilled Nursing Care Facility
that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities. From our hotel‑like environment to our all private suites, the Avenue is committed to providing an excellent level of physical, medical, emotional and spiritual support in an environment of comfort and respect. Our facility provides some of the area’s highest level of rehabilitation, nursing and medical support to individuals needing post‑hospital care and services. We are looking for a committed individual with a reputation for being cheerful and friendly.
Responsibilities
Work with upper management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
Plan and monitor the day‑to‑day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Evaluate and monitor regularly the condition of the building according to organizational objectives and apply improvements when necessary.
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Enforce safety policies and promote their implementation
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
General maintenance skills including painting, plumbing, and general preventative maintenance.
Proven experience as Director of Maintenance or equivalent position
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines HVAC, Life safety Fire regulations for the state of OH.
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software including TELS system.
Has Long Term Care Facility experience of 2 years or more
