Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups
Provide timely updates and professional support
Ensure accuracy and a high-quality client experience

Customer service or coordination experience (preferred, not required)
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia and LATAM
