Implement strategies for growth with new surgeons and technology
Standardize workflows to improve OR throughput and quality metrics
Lead an experienced management and supervisory team
Oversee the rollout of a
new robotic surgery program
Qualifications: BSN required; Master’s preferred (MHA, MBA, MSN)
3+ years perioperative leadership experience
Strong communication and change management skills
Active RN License – State of NC
Compensation & Benefits: Salary up to $160K annually + annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10%, based on performance
