We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic
Sales & Revenue Operations Manager
to support our go-to-market teams and through drive sales productivity and GTM efficiency operational excellence. This role will be responsible for managing the tools, processes, and insights that enable our sales, marketing, and client success teams to perform efficiently and effectively. You will work cross-functionally to optimize the full sales & revenue cycle, from lead generation to closed-won deals and renewals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Sales Operations
Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and transparency.
Support sales pipeline and forecast accuracy in collaboration with sales leaders.
Implement compensation plan structures and quota management processes that align incentives with company goals.
Support onboarding and training of sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
Create scalable frameworks for forecasting, pipeline management, market segmentation, territory design, and sales capacity planning.
Revenue Operations
Align sales, marketing, and client success processes to optimize the client lifecycle.
Drive insights across the customer journey - from lead generation to renewal/expansion.
Own the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enablement platforms, analytics, etc.) ensuring they are optimized, integrated, and adopted.
Develop and track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, Magic Number, NRR, GRR, pipeline metrics, win rates, and sales cycles.
Partner with finance and strategy teams on forecasting and budgeting processes.
Identify new tools that improve productivity and visibility across GTM functions, especially staying up to date on the latest GTM AI technologies.
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through dashboards, board-level reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
Translate data into recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue predictability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, subscriptions models, and GTM frameworks.
4+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, strategy, or related roles.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, analytic tools and Customer Success platforms.
Proven ability to design and implement repeatable and scalable processes across GTM.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; advanced Excel or SQL a plus.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a high‑growth environment.
Strong project management and cross‑functional experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
