About the Hospital and Department:
Position will manage a growing 15 bed ED with over 25k annual visits and a team of 35 FTE's
Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses
Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
Strong opportunities for growth and advancement within the health system
Qualifications & Requirements for RN Director, Emergency Department:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (Master's degree preferred)
Active RN License
5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
2+ years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or above
Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
