Compensation & Benefits
Salary
up to $175K annually
+ director-level bonus
$15K relocation/sign-on package

What You Bring
BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred
3–5 years of IMCU/PCU/Telemetry nursing experience
1–2+ years of proven nursing leadership
Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire staff while navigating challenges with resilience
