Graphic Design Associate (FBI) Job at Michigan Farm Bureau in Lansing

Objective Graphic Design Associate (FBI) to prepare artwork for print and electronic presentation using Adobe Creative Cloud, and to support Field Force development and all Farm Bureau Insurance areas. Responsibilities Help with creative requests and design serve as graphic consultant for agent promotional materials, including postcards, banners, print ads, electronic presentations. Design and serve as creative consultant on projects requiring design and graphics expertise within Farm Bureau Insurance. Maintain relationships with printers, vendors and Farm Bureau Print (Michigan Farm Bureau), communicating upcoming jobs and acquiring quoting and print material selection processes, holding print house and vendors to high standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field required, or equivalent experience considered. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital and print production workflows. Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute as a team player. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Graphic design experience preferred. Knowledge of insurance industry operations preferred. Writing and editorial experience preferred.
