Customer Service Representative (Remote Position) We are seeking a friendly, patient, and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide basic support across phone, email, or chat. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and helpful in all interactions.

Compensation Part-Time : $15–$18 per hour

Full-Time : $17–$22 per hour

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat

Provide clear information and resolve basic issues

Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude

Requirements

Good communication and active listening skills

Ability to stay calm, patient, and solution-oriented

Basic computer and typing proficiency
