Job Description

• 3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Overall experience of 10 years.
• Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage
• KPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness
• 3-5 years' experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processes
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
