Senior Plant Director As Senior Plant Director you will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross‑functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

Daily execution of site deliverables to customers

Achievement of all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets.

Strategic planning development and execution

People management and resource planning

Drive Honeywell Operating System activities

Talent management

Develop a capable team of ISC leaders

Drive technical advances

Cost improvement analysis

AOP and Capital planning

Ensures a safe work environment for all employees

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

10 plus years of leadership experience in an Integrated Supply Chain role or Operations.

Bachelor's/ Masters degree

Certification(s): Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, APICS (materials management certification)

Extensive manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
