Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions. • Build and optimize customer journeys, automations, and campaigns in Marketing Cloud. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware. • Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms. • Stay current with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud innovations and recommend enhancements. • Support deployment and release management processes. Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. • Marketing Cloud: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder). • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred. • AI: Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance. • AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations. • Creative and analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills. • Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus. • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required. The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials.
