Trustero provides AI for GRC with a patented, multiagent AI that automates complex GRC analysis tasks, substantially reducing the workload for GRC teams while increasing accuracy and minimizing reliance on expensive external consultants. The AI functions include conducting internal audits by executing natural language test procedures, assessing policy designs, organizing evidence, providing semantic search and comparison of GRC related information, answering security questionnaires and RFPs, and more. Trustero AI can extend the capabilities of existing GRC programs by integrating with existing tools or as an AI native GRC platform. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Head of Marketing to own Trusteros marketing strategy and execution. This handson leader will drive demand generation and pipeline growth, advance our brand in the GRC and AI compliance space, and build a highperformance marketing foundation for scale. This role is highly handson: from campaign operations and event execution to tech stack optimization and content strategy. Own Trusteros marketing strategy across demand generation, brand, product marketing, events, and digital programs. Lead pipeline growth through multichannel campaigns targeting midmarket and enterprise SaaS buyers. Serve as the HubSpot expertfrom lead lifecycle design to reporting dashboards and automation. Develop content and assets supporting campaigns, product launches, and field enablement. Manage paid media, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, ABM, and partner marketing initiatives. Track KPIs and performance data to optimize return on spend and accelerate revenue. Establish Trusteros marketing operations foundation to scale efficiently as the company grows. Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, account targeting, and SDR support. 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on demand generation. ~ Bachelors of Arts or equivalent required, MBA preferred. ~ Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue in midmarket and enterprise segments. ~ Expert proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Adssetup, automation workflows, scoring, analytics, and integrations. ~ Track record of leading successful multichannel marketing campaigns. ~ Excellent communicator with strong storytelling, writing, and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
