Engineers spend too much time reacting, chasing alerts, switching tools, and handling repetitive operational work. Our client is building an AIpowered operations teammate that diagnoses issues across complex systems so engineers can focus on building, not firefighting.
The product works. Early customers see value fast, pilots convert, and traction is real. Whats missing is a repeatable marketing engine to turn momentum into qualified pipeline. Thats the mandate for this role.
Youll build and own demand generation end to end programs, channels, infrastructure, and eventually a small team. Youll work closely with founders, sales, and product marketing to turn a strong technical story into campaigns that ship and drive revenue.
Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr $250,000.00/yr
What Youll Do
- Own pipelinefocused demand gen across content, events, community, partnerships, and targeted outbound
- Translate technical messaging into campaigns that convert
- Partner with sales on ICP, qualification, and handoff
- Own the marketing stack, metrics, and attribution
- Execute handson first, then hire and scale
Who Theyre Looking For
- Technically fluent and credible with platform or infrastructure engineers
- Experience building demand gen at an earlystage B2B company selling to engineers
- Scrappy, fastmoving, and comfortable without a playbook
- Confident owning a pipeline number
