Executive Director
**Job Opportunity: Executive Director at Rendezvous Pointe Senior Center** Rendezvous Pointe is inviting applications for the position of Executive Director. Located in Pinedale, WY, our nonprofit senior center focuses on keeping community members healthy, active, and self‑reliant, allowing them to live in their homes as long as possible.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations, including staff management and financial oversight.
Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategic plans.
Engage with local elected officials and collaborate with the Wyoming Department of Health Aging Division.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Lead grant writing and fundraising efforts for financial sustainability.
Foster a culture of communication, recognition, and collaboration.
Actively engage with seniors to understand their needs and improve services.
Applicants Qualifications
Passion for senior well‑being with strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, but not required.
Previous senior leadership experience with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Experience in grant writing, budget management, and financial strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Starting salary of $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience, with benefits including Wyoming State Retirement, health care reimbursement, vacation, and sick leave.
