Build strong partnerships with surgical services, hospital leadership, and key stakeholders
Focus on quality, safety, compliance, retention, and practice stability
Leadership & Program Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations and program performance
Support team culture, clinician engagement, and retention
Ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and best practices
Drive quality improvement and operational excellence
Strengthen hospital relationships from the OR to the C-suite
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$600,000 annually
Incentives available, including:
$10,000 Facility Medical Director (FMD) stipend
$40,000 Cardiac stipend (if applicable)
Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000
(2-year commitment)
10 weeks PTO
