Marketing Associate

Freezing Point is the fastest-growing frozen beverage company in the U.S. and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Caf Tango. We are a fun, high-energy, and fast-paced organization passionate about delivering exceptional frozen beverage experiences.

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a creative yet data-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to grow with an innovative brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Media Management

• Develop and execute engaging content across digital, social media, email, web, and print platforms in alignment with brand standards
• Manage and update company websites and support email marketing campaigns to maintain a consistent and compelling online presence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute marketing materials that resonate with target audiences

Consumer Promotions Management

• Develop and execute a nationwide promotion (Free Frazil Friday)
• Create impactful POS and other marketing materials with graphic designers on the marketing team
• Collaborate with businesses around the country to provide an excellent customer and consumer experience for all involved with Frazil's consumer promotions

Marketing Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive activity
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Data & Analytics

• Track and report on customer engagement, acquisition, and retention metrics using analytics tools
• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

Customer Acquisition

• Assist in developing innovative strategies to attract and retain customers
• Support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Foundational marketing experience with a solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies
• Experience working with data analysis and marketing performance metrics to evaluate and optimize campaigns
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media management, email marketing, website management, and analytics platforms
• Exposure to or experience with digital advertising, including paid social, search, or display campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with digital ad buying and campaign optimization
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies
• Interest in brand management and supporting brand consistency across channels
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing platforms
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environment

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Frequently communicate with team members via phone, email, or in person
• Fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT
• Frequent use of computers, including prolonged periods of screen time
