The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Operations Transformation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving high-impact engagements across the industrial sector, with a focus on business development, case management, and firm building. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of leading transformation efforts at the intersection of strategy and execution. Responsibilities include serving as both a strategist and operator in business development, leading multi-disciplinary teams in case management, and contributing to the growth and development of the firm. The role demands a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from the shop floor to the C-suite.

Deep knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and operational performance levers is required, as is the ability to lead in fast-paced environments and build long-term client partnerships. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and familiarity with CRM tools are considered a plus.
