The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Claims Advocacy within its M&A and Private Equity and Portfolio Solutions Practice. This leadership role is pivotal in the fast-paced world of mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on reducing uncertainty, safeguarding value, and empowering clients throughout the deal lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the claims management function, including the filing of various types of claims, guiding clients and their counsel through the process, and advocating for clients in negotiations with insurance carriers. A key aspect of the role is the development and maintenance of strong relationships with insurer partners, as well as the creation of claims-related marketing materials and the representation of the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have a JD, a minimum of 5 years' legal practice, and a strong background in transactional insurance claims, with a proven track record of client advocacy and a strategic, entrepreneurial approach to business.

Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor’s degree and JD, with at least 5 years' of legal practice, ideally including experience in large law firms and transactional insurance claims.
