union city, United States | Posted on 04/25/2025 We are well established Freight Forwarder in the San Francisco East Bay. We are currently hiring Freight Forwarder operations person. The candidate must be able to manage and coordinate the exportation of goods by air and/or ocean, including all necessary documentation, scheduling, and communication with customers and third-party service providers. Candidate must have at least 3 years International Freight Forwarding experience. Knowledge of air freight export TSA regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to manage relationships with customers. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, including tariffs, duties, and documentation requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with logistics software. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
