Baird & Warner, a leading name in real estate and property marketing, is expanding our Image Services team and looking for talented Contract Real Estate Photographers. This role is ideal for photographers who want consistent work, strong brand alignment, and opportunities to grow within the real estate media space.

About The Role

As a Contract Photographer for Baird & Warner Image Services, you will create high-quality real estate photography that helps agents market their listings and attract buyers. You'll capture interior and exterior imagery, ensure accurate visual representation, and deliver polished files that meet our brand standards.

This position is perfect for photographers with experience in property photography, architectural photography, or interior photography, but we welcome applicants with strong general photography backgrounds and a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and/or commercial real estate listings with a focus on clarity, lighting and composition.
• Produce high-resolution interior and exterior images that meet real estate marketing standards.
• Upload and deliver final images within required turnaround times.
• Communicate professionally with agents, homeowners, and the Image Services team.
• Manage your schedule and travel to property locations within your designated region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer; real estate photography experience strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to photograph interiors, architecture, or related subjects.
• Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera gear, lenses and tripod.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for shoots.
• Excellent communication, time management, and client-service skills.
• Ability to operate as an independent contractor.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience capturing HDR/bracketed exposures.
• Familiarity with 3D tours, floor plans, virtual tours, or real estate video.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices.

• Dispositivos de cámara DSLR o sin espejo, lentes y trípode profesionales.
• Transporte confiable y capacidad para viajar por los disparos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gestión del tiempo y servicio al cliente.
• Capacidad para operar como contratista independiente.

Preferencia (no requerida)

• Experiencia en la captura de exposiciones HDR/en brackets.
• Familiarización con tours en 3D, planos de pisos, visitas virtuales o video inmobiliario.
