POSITION SUMMARY: Compass Resorts is seeking a detail oriented and passionate Guest Relations Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, providing outstanding customer service, and being thorough in resolving any guest issues.
You will help maintain a positive, welcoming environment while upholding the highest standards of service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure seamless arrivals and departures for all guests.
Communicate proactively with guests prior to arrival, ensuring they have all the information needed for a smooth check-in and stay.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing any needs or concerns.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure seamless property readiness and guest satisfaction.
Become an expert in resolving guest issues and inquiries
Uphold the highest standards of service , ensuring every guest feels valued.
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrate a high level of customer service with every guest interaction.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn new skills and software
Ability to stand at the Front Desk for long periods.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience and achievement

Schedule: Full-Time Schedule, 30-40 hours per week. 5 days per week. Weekends required.
