Join 6 Physicians

 

• 7.58 (24 -hour shift) Per Month

 

*We are flexible on schedule requests

 

• 7 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM)

 

• CNM Schedule

 

2 CNM Monday - Thursday

 

1 CNM Saturday - Sunday

 

• 1,385 Deliveries in 2024

 

• Avg: 2-3 Deliveries/Day

 

• 95% of vaginal deliveries done by CNM

 

• Level II Nursery

 

Gestational 34 Weeks Delivery

 

• Will Cover Unassigned Patients

 

• ED Consults

 

• GYN Consults

 

• Back up to CNM

 

• No Clinic Responsibilities

 

• On-site Coverage Required

 

• EMR - Cerner

 

• 24/7 Backup Physician Coverage to Help with Emergency GYN Surgery & When Additional Physician OB Support is Required

 

Financial Package / Hospital Employment

 

• $338,371.20 Base Compensation

 

• $100,000 Recruitment Incentive

 

• Quality Bonus: Up to 5% of total compensation

 

• Higher Holiday Pay

 

• $15,000 Moving Allowance

• 7 CME Days

 

• 14 Paid Days Off
