Role Summary
The Technical SEO Specialist will be responsible for ensuring websites are technically sound, optimized for search engine crawling and indexing, and aligned with best SEO practices. This role works closely with SEO strategists, content teams, developers, and account managers to improve organic performance across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability).
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as redirects, canonicalization, duplicate content, broken links, and schema errors.
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and URL structures.
Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
Support website migrations, redesigns, and launches with SEO best practices.
Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and stay updated on algorithm changes.
Provide clear technical SEO insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Resume in English.
Near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) — written and spoken.
2+ years of experience in Technical SEO, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
