Job Details

We are currently looking for a dynamic, forward‑thinking individual to join our team as a Studio Director for one of our clients in the Denver Metro Area. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional seeking to apply their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Tenant Planning Division, driving growth, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and regulatory agencies. This position requires a unique blend of leadership skills, construction knowledge, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Tenant Planning Division, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing brokers and clients, bringing in work to sustain and grow the division.
  • Managing client relationships and team communication, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interacting with regulatory agencies and achieving consensus on project plans and execution.
  • Understanding and implementing contractual obligations, healthcare codes, building codes, and standards in all projects.
  • Writing fee proposals for Tenant Improvement (T.I.) projects, ensuring they are competitive yet profitable.
  • Providing mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • NCIDQ certification is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading team members.
  • Proven track record in leading a division or large team, with a focus on tenant planning.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to bring in new work and grow a division.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare codes, building codes, and standards.
  • Exceptional client relationship and team communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and achieve consensus.
  • Experience in writing competitive fee proposals for T.I. projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
