Our client, located in Laurel, MD is searching for a Director of Technical Accounting to join their team. This position will be responsible for M&A accounting, purchase accounting, technical accounting/accounting policy research, improvement of processes/internal controls and supporting the audit. Ideally, searching for someone with 8+ years of experience, CPA and public accounting. Compensation targeted up to $175K + bonus.
