What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead red and purple team assessments, including ransomware resilience and social-engineering assessments
• Conduct cloud penetration testing engagements to identify and exploit vulnerabilities
• Manage communications with clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries on technical matters
• Mentor new team members and guide technical workstreams during complex engagements
• Oversee engagement economics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 12+ years of professional experience with cybersecurity tools and methods focused on Red/Purple Teaming
• Deep understanding of malicious software and the ability to author custom exploits
• Proficient in penetration testing and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Powershell, C/C++, Python, Javascript, and C#
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Holds three or more established professional industry certifications (e.g., OSCE, OSCP, CREST CRT)
• Experience with threat-intelligence led red teaming frameworks
• Track record of championing innovation and improvement initiatives
• Published research or tooling in alignment with offensive security and red teaming
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
