Salary Range : $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the new accounts system database by opening, maintaining, and closing customer accounts
Provides high level customer service in person and via telephone to assist customers with account inquiries and/or concerns
Builds trust with current and potential customers to understand their product/service needs, and provides solutions that will benefit them
Educates customers on Identity Theft and Fraud
Performs Teller responsibilities in accordance with the Teller job description
Actively reinforces and contributes towards the success of the bank
Engages and participates in community activities
Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED equivalent; a minimum 1-year retail customer service experience preferred but not required; and a minimum 1-year banking experience preferred.
MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, ability to bend, squat, and kneel on occasion, ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently, have the ability to prioritize, analyze and resolve problems, and possess strong time management and organizational skills.
COMPETENCIES Basic computer skills required, math aptitude, strong written and oral presentation skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high pressure situations while maintaining composure.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or G.E.D. College degree is preferred.
Cash handling experience
Sales or customer service experience
