Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a UI/UX Developer. Position type: Fulltime-Contract Duration: 24 months Location: San Antonio, TX As a UI/UX Developer, you will:

• Research, design, develop, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of UX designs into the JavaScript/Java codebase ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs standards.
• Act as designer-developer, switching hats in both the areas of design & develop, as Subject Matter Expert (SME) assisting with decision making for some high visibility on-going projects.
• Create clean semantic HTML markup that passes WCAG & ADA/508 Accessibility standards & compliance.
• ?Design and maintain design files, wireframes, and mock-ups.
• Design and develop UI and UX interfaces and assist with new user interface testing or participate in usability reviews.
• Hands on development on front end user frameworks (Vue.js, AngularJS, Reactjs, jQuery etc.).
• Provide responsive websites apps development and support to the customer-facing design system including new components, defects, accessibility,and page templates.
• ?Develop reusable and responsive, interactive patterns and code libraries that meet the highest W3 standards for HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers and architects for successful implementation and component requirements in a SDLC process.
• Research, design, develop, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of frontend designs into the JS/Java codebase.

Theideal candidatewill have:

• Deep experience in front-end web application development with strong hands-on programming experience with at least one language Java, JavaScript, React, VUE, Angular on LAMP/MEAN/MERN stack - required.
• Experience with creating conceptual and detailed design solutions based on end user needs.
• Knowledge and software developmentwith Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint and WordPress CMS -plus.
• History of working with cross functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ?UI/UX design or web developer certifications & training - preferred.
• Previous experience of the Electric and Gas Utility Industry - preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or applicable business degree from an accredited university OR Relevant business technical experience- preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
