Customer Service Representative
to be the face (and voice) of our company. You will help our neighbors protect what matters most—their homes and their vehicles—by providing empathetic, efficient, and accurate support.
No previous insurance experience? No problem. We provide the training you need to become a licensed professional in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls and emails regarding policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage updates.
Policy Management:
Process policy changes (e.g., adding a new car, updating a home address) with high attention to detail.
Claims Assistance:
Guide policyholders through the initial steps of filing a claim during stressful moments.
Relationship Building:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or umbrella policies to ensure customers have comprehensive protection.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our database.
What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Local Residency:
Must be located in or near
Columbus, OH
for training and team meetings.
Licensing:
Ability to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (we will provide the study materials and cover the exam costs!).
