IT Specialist, Key User Cargowrite, Solutions, Italy For our office in Settala (MI) we are looking for a IT Specialist. Our main services are: Warehousing Value‑added services Bonded warehouses Automated warehouse solutions Core Responsibilities System Maintenance & Setup Manage location setups and updates within WMS Ensure accurate configuration of warehouse zones and processes. Operational Support Monitor inbound and outbound logistics, including sequencing and part supply. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies caused by system errors. Process Optimization Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Communication & Training Serve as the point of contact between warehouse staff and IT administrators. Train team members on system usage and updates. Typical Qualifications Education Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering/Information technology B.Com in Logistics is often preferred. Experience 5+ years in warehouse logistics. 3–5 years in team leadership or supervisory roles. 1–2 years in compliance and service delivery management.
