- Manage a team of product managers working on different components of the learning journey.
- Foster a demo culture where design ideas are quickly prototyped and tested with real students and teachers.
- Create a culture of storytelling, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and attention to the details of a quality user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, curriculum development, course delivery, customer service and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and highquality execution.
Qualifications
- Hold a high bar for great products, have strong opinions, and can evangelize a great learning experience across the company.
- Have welldeveloped opinions about pedagogy and learning experiences.
- Be excited for the future of AI tutoring, but also know that the best tutors sometimes just wait patiently and say nothing.
- Have experience in highvelocity product teams, and can rally teams to fastpaced and highquality execution.
