Lead and manage integration projects utilizing MuleSoft, ensuring seamless integration of various systems
Conduct and oversee Systems Integration Testing (SIT) to validate the functionality and performance of integrated systems
Develop, maintain, and execute integration strategies and plans
Create and maintain traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are met throughout the integration process
Produce baseline documents including design specifications, interface contracts, and data mappings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements
Provide technical expertise and support in resolving complex integration issues
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in integration and interface management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all integration activities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
Requirements 10+ years of experience in integration and interface management
Proficient in MuleSoft and its suite of tools for integration
Extensive knowledge and experience in Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
Strong understanding of integration principles and methodologies
Proven ability to create and maintain traceability matrices
Experience in developing and maintaining baseline documents
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Willingness and ability to travel to the US on demand, including frequent travel to Tallapoosa, USA
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Preferred Certifications MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect
Relevant certifications in integration technologies and methodologies
