Hybrid Sales & Service Technician - Commercial Door hardware service and installation, low energy Automatics service and installation. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Hybrid Sales & Technician. This unique role combines technical expertise in automated door systems with strong sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for selling, installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial door and hardware automation solutions, ensuring clients receive both top-quality products and outstanding support. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the commercial door and hardware automation market. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Technical Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair automated door systems, access control hardware, and related components. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed. Provide technical training and support to customers as needed. Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in commercial door hardware, automatic door systems, or related industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; familiarity with low-voltage wiring and access control systems. Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid role. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Certifications:

AAADM Certification (Automatic Door Technician) OSHA Safety Training Manufacturer-specific training for door automation systems Work Environment:

Hybrid Role: Combination of fieldwork (installations, service calls) and office-based sales activities. Travel within assigned territory required. Compensation & Benefits:
