Role Description Victoria Pore’ - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive professional who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer. As our State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure you add to our office culture and successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
Sales experience (outside/inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer) ideal.
Experience in customer service & sales preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.
Relatable to customers.
Detail-Oriented and able to multitask.
Obtaining a Property & Casualty license & Life license within first 6 months.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
