THE DEPARTMENT The Technology organization is a global function that partners closely with business leaders across regions and brands to enable scalable, secure, and customer‑centric capabilities for the Globus Family of Brands.

The team is responsible for defining, delivering, and operating enterprise technology solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

Technology spans multiple core capability areas, including but not limited to:

Enterprise Applications & Platforms (CRM, ERP, digital experience, and operational systems)

Software Engineering & Enterprise Value Delivery

Business Analysis & Quality Assurance

Infrastructure, Cloud & End‑User Computing

The Technology team works across geographies and time zones to deliver reliable, modern platforms that support sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and fulfillment. In partnership with business stakeholders and external vendors.

Technology ensures systems are stable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards while continuously improving user experience and data‑driven decision making. As part of this mandate, the Technology organization defines and executes the enterprise CRM and Data strategy, ensuring that customer platforms support business objectives, drive adoption, enable personalization, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

THE POSITION The CRM Product Owner is focused on translating the product vision into an actionable backlog and ensuring that the agile development team delivers high‑quality, business‑relevant features. This tactical role within the Agile delivery team is responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers value in alignment with the product vision and stakeholder needs. The CRM Product Owner plays a pivotal role in Scrum teams, serving as the "voice of the customer" and ensuring the CRM solution evolves to meet changing business needs.

Responsible for product delivery, including regular enhancements and major new capabilities.

Reports to CRM Product Manager / Lead with matrix reporting to a business unit leader on steering committee.

Engages with executive sponsors, business leaders, and end users to translate high‑level product vision and business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Owns and refines product backlog, ensures well‑defined, prioritized user stories, ready for development.

Maintains enhancement request process, capability roadmaps and deployment schedules.

Actively participates in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clarifications and accepting/rejecting deliverables.

Focuses on delivering incremental value through frequent releases, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager’s strategic direction.

Makes day‑to‑day decisions on feature scope, priorities, and trade‑offs during the development cycle.

Own the business case process and business value stream model.

Can also be aligned with a business unit or major process that covers many different business unit leaders. Common to have one product owner for every CRM product/region.

Coordinates with training and change management teams for successful rollouts and adoption.

EDUCATION The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required. Candidates with advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are preferred.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED The preferred candidate has noteworthy experience in the following areas:

3+ years experience in product ownership, management, or business analysis, with a focus on CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM).

Skilled in delivering product enhancements in agile environments and translating business requirements into user stories.

Strong background in translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs and make feature decisions.

Experienced working with cross‑functional teams, including business and technical leaders.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
