Enterprise Medical is assisting a not-for-profit, community-based healthcare system in South Dakota in recruiting an Internal Medicine physician to serve in a combined clinical and Medical Director role. Position Overview:

• Drive excellence in quality, safety, patient experience, best practices, and operational performance within the Internal Medicine department.
• Partner closely with executive medical leadership to guide departmental strategy and support continued growth.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of physicians and APPs
• Multi-specialty clinic with strong collegial collaboration
• Part of a Mayo Clinic Care Network-affiliated health system
• Prior leadership experience or advanced degrees strongly preferred
