Job Overview
Associate Photographer – Providence, RI CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. The Associate Photographer is responsible for creating virtual tours, floorplans and marketing photography for residential homes and apartments served on Homes.com and Apartments.com. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and management. Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 cameras. Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. Maintain coverage of commercial real‑estate data by navigating one‑mile square grids to identify new inventory and missing availability. Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment, represent CoStar professionally, and participate in conference calls as needed. Physical Requirements
Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking up to 8 hours per day. Lifting, carrying and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 lb. Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting and carrying necessary to perform job functions. Ability to work outdoors during all seasons and on rotating weekends. Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in real‑estate photography. Experience working as a professional photographer or recently earned degree in photography. Drone photographer with FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer. Strong time‑management, detail orientation, accurate data capture and excellent oral and written communication. Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. Enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment. Field experience preferred. Current and valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Compensation
Hourly rate plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses paid monthly based on pre‑determined performance metrics. Benefits
