Qualifications
Active Real Estate License.
Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of being self‑motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
Familiarity with the New Orleans‑Metairie‑Kenner real estate market is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Comfortable using technology and tools to manage client relationships and track progress.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about industry changes.
Compensation $110,000‑$225,500 per year
