Lead the development of analytical capabilities related to evaluating performance with capitated risk partnerships Act as a thought partner to Client and Product teams for strategic approaches to risk partnerships and value‑based care models Design and implement standardized analytical frameworks to enhance efficiency and impact What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline At least 5 years of professional experience in claims‑based healthcare analytics Extensive knowledge of healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies 2+ years in a lead/management role, directing analytic talent 5+ years of SQL and/or SAS programming experience with large healthcare datasets How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
