Accountabilities
Provide user support and manage SharePoint sites to ensure smooth operation and accessibility
Mentor help desk technicians, guiding them toward efficient and effective issue resolution
Monitor server resources and event logs to proactively identify and address critical system failures
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate maintenance tasks, workflows, and custom jobs
Design applications, workflows, and reports using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint Server, and the .NET Framework; experience with multiple programming languages is a plus
Demonstrated ability to architect, design, and develop custom SharePoint solutions
Hands‑on experience with SharePoint administration and configuration in both staging and production environments
Solid understanding of ADFS security and authentication protocols within SharePoint and web applications
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management
Strong initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and growth
Excellent research and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of technical issues
