Norther Virginia Medical Director Inpatient Psychiatrist is needed for a 17 bed inpatient adult unit. This position will perform leadership duties including assisting with all quality and performance initiatives to support the unit. Schedule will be Monday- Friday with 2 evenings per week with overnight call and 1:4 weekend call coverage. Outstanding earning potential at $300,000+ through base salary, productivity incentives and supervisory stipend. Bi-Annual retention bonus. Must have active VA licenses and DEA licenses.
