
Job Overview
The Associate Route Merchandiser is responsible for driving a company vehicle over an assigned route to merchandise store products. The driver is responsible for filling and maintaining their market stores and vending machines.

Compensation : $24.08 / hour
Responsibilities
Merchandising : Merchandise products according to store layouts, roll‑out promotions, gather and report customer feedback, maintain inventory levels for all products sold, restock shelves, coolers, and coffee, and handle inventory tracking and rotation protocols. Collect and record out‑of‑date, rejected or unsold merchandise.
Product Delivery : Review inventory requirements, work closely with the warehouse to ensure products are ready for delivery, load/unload products safely, drive to points of sale, and maintain open communication with management regarding product changes and scheduling.
Cash Handling : Collect money from kiosks, follow cash handling and loss prevention protocols, record transactions, and monitor/report any suspicious activity.
Food Safety & Sanitation : Ensure proper handling and refrigeration of all perishable items during transit and while stocking, maintain appropriate cooler temperatures, and perform routine cleaning of coffee machines, microwaves, coolers, racks, shelves, tables, countertops, floors, and windows at each point of sale.
Inventory : Complete and submit full inventory counts monthly.
Audit : Inspect food quality and appearance, report stale products, review pick sheets, and conduct final walk‑throughs.
Additional projects and assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
High‑School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass DOT.
Prior retail experience and familiarity with basic merchandising concepts strongly preferred.
Basic computer skills.
