VP, Payor Products (Remote from Belgium)
Jobgether, Sauk Trail Beach, Wisconsin, United States
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP, Payor Products in Belgium.
This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for payors and risk-bearing healthcare entities in a mission-driven, high-growth environment. Accountabilities
Serve as a senior leader reporting directly to the CEO, shaping company strategy through a payor and market lens
Own and execute the product vision and roadmap focused on payor value, reimbursement models, cost of care, and outcomes‑based economics
Ensure products succeed in payor‑driven markets through market sizing, competitive positioning, pricing, and margin optimization
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support enterprise sales cycles, payer pilots, implementations, and renewals
Translate complex payer requirements—such as quality measures, utilization management, reporting, and ROI—into scalable product capabilities
Collaborate with Clinical, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with value‑based care and regulatory compliance
Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing remote product, design, and research organization
Define, track, and optimize KPIs tied to product adoption, clinical outcomes, gross margin, and customer retention
Engage directly with external stakeholders, including payors, employers, partners, and industry groups, to gather feedback and shape product direction
Requirements
15+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of enterprise‑grade SaaS or healthcare technology platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—from C‑suite payor executives to clinical and technical teams
Strategic, data‑driven, and customer‑centric mindset with strong execution discipline
Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements
