We are seeking full‑time Used and New Car Sales Associates to join our team on‑site at Chalmers Ford, located in Albuquerque, NM. Sales associates will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and recommend vehicles that best align with their preferences. Responsibilities include facilitating the sales process, assisting with financing options, and developing strong, long‑term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales associates will also collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive dealership environment. Qualifications
Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships. Experience or interest in automotive sales and customer retention strategies. Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and meet sales targets. Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively. Prior experience in car sales is a plus, but not required; training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license required.
