What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the South Jersey territory
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology community
Employ approved messaging to effectively communicate the rationale for oncology products
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans
Collaborate with the local team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably in oncology
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 10-15% of the time
Must reside in or near the district for effective territory management
Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and market dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
Documented history of strong performance in sales or clinical oncology roles
Experience with account management and relationship building in a healthcare setting
