Pay Range:

$38,000 - $55,000

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our Sales organization and internal stakeholders by managing operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working cross‑functionally.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

Email & Communication Management : Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

Pricing Support : Assist with pricing requests, approvals, and updates to maintain consistency and compliance.

Sales Team Support : Provide day‑to‑day operational assistance to Sales representatives, including troubleshooting and process guidance.

Internal Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Accounting) to resolve issues and streamline workflows.

Data Entry & Maintenance : Accurately input and maintain data in ERP, CRM and other systems to ensure integrity and reliability.

Audit & Compliance : Conduct regular audits of sales data, pricing, and processes to ensure adherence to company policies.

System Testing : Participate in testing new tools, system enhancements, and process changes to ensure smooth implementation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

Education:

High School graduate, Optional Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1–3 years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or similar role preferred.

Skills:

Strong

attention to detail

Excellent

written and verbal communication

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
