Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails
Provide product information
Process orders
Provide tracking information
Assist with returns and exchanges
Ensure customers receive the right products on time
Research and resolve issues such as billing questions, account inquiries or disputes
Work closely with outside sales team and technical support to deliver the best solutions for our customers
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
A problem‑solving mindset
A team‑first attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or similar tools
SAP experience
Minimum two (2) years of sales or customer service experience
Minimum two (2) years college education in a related field preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
