Overview

Associate Photographers are a talented and versatile team responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Equipped with a top‑of‑the‑line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and an iPad, they create virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential homes. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and provides services to clients in that area.
Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.
Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management.
When not on a residential assignment, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
Abide by CoStar safety standards and represent the company professionally.
Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Physical Requirements
Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, walking for up to 8 hours per day.
Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 5 lb.
Repetitive hand and arm movements for tablet or laptop use.
Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional photography experience (Real Estate Photography required).
Experienced drone photographer with a FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer.
Strong time‑management, detail orientation, and data capture skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
Independent, fast‑paced work style; field experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Compensation Hourly wage plus bonus‑eligible; bonuses paid monthly based on performance metrics.
