About Us We are an established women’s outerwear brand supplying major U.S. retailers including Macy’s, Von Maur, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, TJ UK, Winners, Burlington, and others. We are now expanding our digital and marketplace presence and are building a dedicated Amazon FBA and multi-platform ecommerce operation.

This role is for an experienced operator who has launched and scaled marketplace businesses before and is ready to own the execution of a high-growth digital channel.

Role Overview We are seeking an eCommerce Launch & Operations Specialist to lead our expansion into Amazon FBA and additional major marketplaces. This person will be responsible for both building the channels from the ground up and running day-to-day marketplace operations once live.

You will function as the architect and operator of our online marketplaces — responsible for listings, fulfillment flow, inventory readiness, and revenue growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Launch & Setup

Lead the full Amazon FBA launch, including Brand Registry, account configuration, ASIN setup, FNSKU labeling, inbound shipments, and A+ Content.

Build and launch our brand storefronts across other platforms (e.g., Shein, FashionGo, Flair, Tiktok similar B2B/B2C marketplaces).

Create high-converting product listings including SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ Content that reflects the quality and fit of our outerwear.

Fulfillment & 3PL Operations

Serve as the primary liaison between sales channels and our 3PL warehouse.

Ensure all inventory is labeled, prepped, and shipped according to Amazon FBA and retailer routing requirements.

Monitor inventory levels across all platforms and proactively manage replenishment.

Oversee daily order flow for both B2C and B2B channels to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Wholesale Order Support

During peak season, support wholesale operations by entering, tracking, and managing B2B orders with precision.

Qualifications Required: Proven experience launching an Amazon FBA account from scratch, including Brand Registry and initial inbound shipments.

3+ years of ecommerce marketplace experience in apparel, fashion, or consumer products.

Strong expertise in Amazon SEO, A+ Content, and product listing optimization.

Experience working with 3PL warehouses, shipping compliance, and routing guides.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with AIMS360 is a plus.

The Ideal Candidate You have successfully launched and scaled marketplaces before and understand how to avoid common Amazon and 3PL mistakes.

You are highly organized and can manage multiple platforms and fulfillment flows simultaneously.

You are execution-driven, proactive, and motivated by growing ecommerce revenue.
