Requirements
BA/BS required; MBA preferred
12+ years total marketing business experience (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics)
Proven success in category analysis
Experience with P&L analysis
Strong understanding of common consumer marketing research tools and techniques
Well-developed expertise across all areas of marketing
Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor talent
Responsibilities
Oversee alignment of strategic and tactical operations across a complex brand portfolio
Support P&L responsibilities and long-term business strategies to drive sustained top- and bottom-line growth
Anticipate market conditions and modify brand strategies based on customer, consumer, and competitive dynamics
Gain organizational support and senior-level buy-in for brand initiatives
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives in support of brand strategy
Interpret data and market insights to identify new opportunities with significant business impact
Build and lead high-functioning brand teams and collaborate effectively across functions
